Please find below our terms and conditions which in no way contravene your statuary rights. Making a purchase By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying them (including passing your details on to couriers). We will not use your details for other purposes and will not pass on any details to any third party information networks or the like of. We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and payment has been made, this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full. If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact us immediately. If mistakes are made on our web site then we reserve the right to contact you to let you know before any payment is taken. All orders are subject to availability. Due to telephone sales and Ebay sales the stock levels can vary. Deliveries Any parcel that weighs under 2 kilo's will be sent by Royal Mail second class " recorded " delivery. Any parcel that weighs under 2 kilo's and has a value of over £50 will be sent by Royal Mail " special delivery " All parcels weighing over 2 kilo's including bikes will be sent by courier. These will vary according to the weight of the parcel. We will pack and send your items on the same day as payment is received and as long as the item is in stock. We endeavor to keep our stock levels correct but on going sales may have an affect on the totals sometimes and in these instances we will either contact you on your daytime number or put the item on back order if the wait time is short. Royal Mail aim to deliver their " recorded " delivery post within 3 working days ( but normally it's the next day) We can not be held responsible for any late deliveries. Their " special delivery " boasts a next day before 1PM service. We can not be held responsible for any late deliveries on this service either. Any parcel sent by courier is on a 1 to 2 day delivery service. We suggest that you check all parcels where possible and do not sign for any damaged parcel delivered by the couriers. Motor Bikes are delivered in an " in the box " state and will require some assembly by a competent mechanic. Returns: Change of mind: As a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. The goods must be in a resalable condition, i.e not opened, not used, all original packaging not marked. You must return the goods to us at your own cost. We advise you to ensure the goods are well packed and adequately insured during any return journey that you organise. We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods only, less 10% administration and handling fees. Please remember that once you have notified us of your desire to cancel the contract there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods, which should be in as new condition. Faulty Goods: If your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 14 days to inform us in writing of the fault. All goods must have all their components and accessories fitted as per delivery condition. If your goods develop a fault within 28 days from delivery then you should notify us in writing as soon as possible. When the goods are returned to us and the fault has been verified that it is a fault and not misuse or poor maintenance we will contact you with a repair time and a projected return delivery date to you. For all electrical items we will send the product to the relevant distributor for evaluation first. This is to prove the fault is due to product failure rather than misuse or abuse. Warranty for off road Motorbikes Topoptions provide a 28 day parts only warranty period from date of purchase from our retail shops. These bikes have been tested and passed by our staff. In the case of internet orders, we can not warranty any bike that is not built by a qualified motorbike technician and proof will need to be supplied to validate your warranty. Warranty Period: Any parts deemed defective by Topoptions in a 28 day from purchase period, will be replaced without charge on receipt and inspection of the faulty parts. (delivery costs will be paid by the customer) New parts warranted will be covered only for the remaining balance of original warranty period. No Labour is included in the warranty. Fitting can be carried out by Topoptions but at an agreed additional cost. Exclusions: Off Road bikes that were not purchased from Topoptions, were/are used for rental purposes, or other commercial use are not covered by any warranty herein. Also excluded from the warranty are, installation of after market parts and problems occurring because of use of said parts, accident, crash or collision damage, any modifications to original parts, improper maintenance, improper assembly (if not carried out by an official bike machanic) or improper transportation. Improper use: Our Pitbikes and Quads are not designed for use on designated motocross, minibike or BMX tracks (unless otherwise stated) & therefore failure of components as a result are not covered in any warranty supplied or otherwise implied Limited Liability: Topoptions offers no other warranty of any kind, whether it be expressed or implied. The consumer assumes all risks when on, near, or around any bike sold by Topoptions. Also excluded from this warranty are any incidental or consequential damages caused by improper use. You agree to this warranty when you make a purchase of an Off Road Bike direct from Topoptions Purchasing BB Guns We accept orders only on the basis that you have read and understood our terms and conditions. N. B Minimum age to purchase a BB gun is 18 years. Please do not proceed if you are under this age. An adult must supervise persons 14 to 18 years of age. No gun should be carried in a public place unless in transit when it should be unloaded and placed in a box or closed bag. Guns must not be concealed on ones person, or pointed or fired at another human or animal. Topoptions or any of it's employees will not be held responsible for any injury or damage caused by use of these items.
